10. Clean your windows for less
Before the frost settles in for good, you’ll want to clean your windows — considering you won’t be able to get to them for the next few months. When you do finally get around to it, keep in mind that you don’t need to break bank to get a good window cleaner, in fact, you can make your own. Simply mix 100 ml of white vinegar and 1 teaspoon of dishwashing liquid and stir into about 4 litres of warm water.
